    Overpromised and underdelivered. Throughout the process of refinancing, they lacked in proper communication throughout the process and all along I was told I wouldn't have to bring any money down to closing. That's stated in the paperwork I signed with them. Just 5 days prior to closing, I get a call saying I need to bring $1,000 to closing.
